She enjoys caring for patients of all ages with a special interest in women’s health and obstetrics. Before joining Women’s Health Services, Joyce spent the last five years working as a Critical Care Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. Joyce believes in empowering her patients to be advocates for their healthcare through education and a strong patient-provider relationship. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and is rarely seen without her son. She and her son love staying active through sports, reading, and being creative.

Her passion for this field was ignited during high school when she witnessed her father deliver a baby for the first time, a moment that deepened her commitment to women’s health.
Kaitlyn values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring that she addresses and manages all their concerns with compassion and expertise. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her new puppy, Nico.
